Parameters
keyBranchID:Number - Branch key location

keyName:String - Key name to search

Returns
A Boolean

Description
Returns a boolean indicating whether or not the specified key exists.

Notes
The key branch ID can be:

'1' - HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
'2' - HKEY_CURRENT_USER
'3' - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
'4' - HKEY_USERS
'5' - HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG
