Usage
mdm.Application.createForm(formName:String, formType:String, swfPath:String, x:Number, y:Number, width:Number, height:Number):Boolean

Parameters
formName:String - Name of the new Form

formType:String - Type of the new Form

swfPath:String - Path to the SWF to be used in the new Form

x:Number - X position of new form

y:Number - Y position of new form

width:Number - Width of new Form

height:Number - Height of new Form

Returns
boolean = true if form is created successfully - false otherwise

Description
Creates a new Form and returns a boolean indicating whether or not the Form has been created successfully.

Notes
Valid values for the 'formType' parameter are:

standard
sizeablestandard
tool
sizeabletool
dialog
noborder
transparent

You cannot create transprent Forms on Linux.
