When mdm.FileSystem.saveFileUnicode is used to save data to local file on some character(s) pattern it skips remaining data content so resulting file does not contain full data.

To repeat issue:

application creates local file (xml formatted) and then reads it back so the content could be compared.

Expected results:
- input data and data read back from file are the same
Actual results:
- when saving xml data like:
string value
the data is truncated at first " string value
