Users who require a Zinc 3.x Plug-In for Legacy Projects can purchase a Legacy License below. Zinc 3.x Legacy Licenses are Full Commercial Versions which are eligible for future Zinc 4.0 Upgrade Pricing. However, Zinc 3.x Legacy Licenses do NOT include Support or Updates.
All prices on the MDM Online Shop exclude VAT for UK and EU Customers. UK/EU Customers are required to pay 19% VAT on all Online Orders unless a Valid VAT ID is provided during the Transaction. If a Valid VAT ID is provided, then VAT will be Zero Rated.
VAT is charged at 19% for all Online Purchases becuase our Online Payment Vendor, Cleverbridge AG, are registered and based in Germany, where 19% is the standard rate of VAT.
If you are making a Business Purchase and have a valid VAT Registration ID, then VAT will be Zero Rated.
VAT is not charged on orders placed outside of the UK or EU.

Requests for returns/refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase from Multidmedia. In the event of a refund request, if we cannot correct the problem, or provide an alternative solution, a full refund will be granted.
Products purchased from sources other than Multidmedia (eg: Local Reseller, Mail Order, Internet Electronic Reseller and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies. For further details please Contact Our Sales Team

If your request for a refund falls under any of the criteria above, a refund cannot be granted. Any Refunds authorized by Multidmedia Ltd will incur a 15% Administration Charge.
